不均匀流对V型火焰稳定器燃烧性能的影响

摘要: 为指导畸变进气条件下的冲压发动机燃烧室设计,对V型火焰稳定器在二维不均匀来流条件下的燃烧性能进行了试验研究,获得了不同进口速度系数、温度和油气比下的燃烧性能。研究结果表明:在进口速度均匀,h/H=3/6(h/H表示进口最大速度相对位置)和h/H=5/6分布时,随着进口速度系数的增加,点火油气比先增加后减小,在h/H=4/6分布时,点火油气比逐渐增加;当进口速度均匀分布时点火性能最好;在h/H=3/6,h/H=4/6和h/H=5/6分布时,随着速度不均匀度的增加,点火油气比增大;在h/H=3/6和h/H=4/6分布时,随着速度不均匀度的增加,熄火油气比先增大后减小;当速度系数为0.1时,进口速度均匀和h/H=3/6分布时燃烧效率较高,h/H=5/6分布时燃烧效率最低。

Abstract: To conduct the ramjet combustor design under non-uniform flow,experiments,from which combustion characteristics were obtained,were carried out on a V-gutter flameholder under 2D non-uniform incoming flows with different inlet velocity coefficient,temperature and fuel/air ratio (FAR). Results show that the ignition FAR increases initially and then drops off along with the growth of inlet velocity coefficient when the inlet flow is uniform,h/H=3/6(h/H stands for relative Vmax position) and h/H=5/6,except h/H=4/6 under which the ignition FAR always increases. Besides,the best ignition performance is obtained under the uniform incoming condition. In addition,the ignition FAR rises as the non-uniformity degree increased under conditions of h/H=3/6,h/H=4/6 and h/H=5/6. On lean blow-off(LBO) aspects,the LBO FAR increases firstly and then goes oppositely as the non-uniformity degree increases when h/H=3/6 and h/H=4/6. Finally,if the velocity coefficient equal to 0.10,the best combustion performance shows up at uniform incoming flow and h/H=3/6,while the worst at h/H=5/6.
