航空发动机套齿结构动态装配关系稳健性优化设计

Robustness Optimization of Dynamic Assembly Parameters for Aero-Engine Spline Structure

摘要: 为了更加合理地优化发动机套齿结构的装配关系,使得动态装配关系在运转状态下对于载荷环境变化具有稳健性,对套齿结构进行了力学特征分析,动态装配关系时变特征的研究。利用Kriging响应面模型建立随机参数与装配特征参数之间的近似模型,进行了概率分析。构建当量装配质量损失模型,采用果蝇优化算法对套齿结构装配特征参数进行了稳健性优化设计。优化后的当量装配质量损失为0.0441,各动态装配特征参数向目标值趋近,并且随外载荷及材料参数的波动减小,降低了对随机变量的敏感度。

Abstract: In order to optimize the assembly relation of spline structure more reasonably, making dynamic assembly relationship be insensitive to the change of load environment in the running state, mechanical characteristics and time varying characteristics of assembly characteristic parameters of spline structure are studied. Kriging response surface model is used to establish the approximate model between random parameters and assembly characteristic parameters and probability analysis is carried out. Equivalent assembly quality loss model is established and robustness optimization for the assembly characteristic parameters is carried out by using the fruit fly optimization algorithm(FOA). Equivalent assembly quality loss after optimization is 0.0441, and the dynamic characteristic parameters reach to the target value. Besides, the dynamic characteristic parameters decrease with the fluctuation of external load and material parameters, which reduce the sensitivity to random variables.
