航空高速锥齿轮行波共振的噪声与动应力测试研究

摘要: 为了获取涡轴发动机附件传动齿轮工作状态下的振动特性,采用声波导管的噪声测量方法和应用电阻应变计测量齿轮动应力的技术,得到了齿轮行波共振转速和频率以及全转速范围的动应力数据。试验结果表明:声波导管的噪声测量方法能够准确测量齿轮的行波共振转速及频率,行波共振时电阻应变计能够准确测量出齿轮动频;被测锥齿轮在运行转速范围内存在多个节径行波共振,最大分频动应力在五节径后行波处,幅值约为 115MPa。

Abstract: The accessory drive gear of small aviation turboshaft engine has a high speed. It is difficult toavoid all of the vibration modals completely within the range of running speed. It is easy to generate travellingwave vibration of nodal diameters. In order to obtain the vibration characteristics of gear in working state,and pro. vide data support for the design of aero-engine accessory drive bevel gears,a method of noise measurement based on acoustic waveguide and the technique of measuring the dynamic stress of gear by strain gauge were ap.plied. The resonant speed and frequency also the dynamic stress data of the gear at full range of speed have beenacquired. The tests results showed that it is usefully obtained travelling wave resonant speed and frequency byacoustic waveguide. The strain gauge can accurately measure the dynamic frequency of the bevel gear when thetravelling wave vibration is generated. The bevel gear had a variety of travelling wave vibration at operationalspeeds. The maximum frequency amplitude of dynamic stresses was 115MPa,and it existed in backward travel. ling wave vibration of the 5th nodal diameter.
