Abstract: The bending moment theory of symmetrical rolling shell is used,and the rheological toughness is introduced in stress strain equation.The deformation of metal diaphragm for positive expulsion tank is analyzed,the pressure drop and the propellant residual are predictied.The calculated results show a good agreement with experiments.

摘要: 采用旋转对称壳体的变矩理论, 并将流变韧性引入应力-应变本构关系, 分析了金属膜片贮箱正向排放过程膜片的变形, 数值求解预示了膜片压差和推进剂剩余量。计算结果与试验值相比, 膜片压差和变形过程基本一致, 膜片顶点位移值吻合较好
