Abstract: In order to improve the flowing ability of nitrate plasticized polyether propellant slurry,chelated titanates were preparated and investigated.Results show that the chelated titanates,such as PA-4,PA-5,reduce the yield value of propellant slurry by 17%~55% and improve the flowing ability of slurry.Meanwhile,it increase tensile strength of the propellant and have no harm to the combustion properties and safety of the propellant.PA-4 and PA-15 are regarded as fine processing aids of the propellant.The results also show that the structure of chelated titanate has large effect on processability of the propellant.

摘要: 为改善硝酸酯增塑聚醚推进剂药浆的流平性 ,合成了代号为PA的螯合型钛酸酯类目标化合物 ,并考察了它的助剂作用。结果表明 :PA 4、PA 1 5等螯合型钛酸酯能使药浆屈服值降低 1 7%~ 55% ,明显改善了药浆流平性 ,同时提高了推进剂强度 ,且不影响燃烧性能和安全性能 ,证明PA 4和PA 1 5是硝酸酯增塑聚醚推进剂较好的工艺助剂。结果还表明螯合型钛酸酯的结构变化对推进剂工艺性能影响较大。
