Effect of ethanolamine derivative aids on rheological properties of HTPB propellant slurry

醇胺类助剂对丁羟推进剂药浆流变性能的影响

Abstract: The effects of TEA(triethanolamine),BF 3 and TEA·BF 3 complex on rheological properties of Al/HTPB, AP/HTPB, AP/Al/HTPB composites slurry were studied by rotational viscometer.The results show that shear rate exponent n decreases due to the hydrogen bonding effect and TEA-Al reaction in presence of BF 3, and the coefficient K of shear viscosity increases with HTPB-BF 3 interaction,so that the apparent viscosity increase sharply under low shear stress and the flowability and leveling of HTPB propelland slurry is poor.

摘要: 采用旋转粘度计研究了助剂三乙醇胺 (TEA) ,三氟化硼 (BF3) ,三乙醇胺三氟化硼络合物 (TEA·BF3)对Al/HTPB ,AP/HTPB和AP/Al/HTPB复合物药浆流变性能的影响。结果表明 ,TEA/Al反应 (BF3存在时 )以及氢键缔合作用使药浆的切应变速率指数n值降低 ,HTPB/BF3相互作用使药浆的稠度系数K值增大 ,两者综合作用使含TEA·BF3的丁羟推进剂药浆在低切变力下的表观粘度急剧增大 ,从而导致药浆的流动和流平性变差
