Abstract: In order to determine the support characteristic for rotor dynamic of LOX/LH 2 turopump in high pressure staged combustion rocket engine,an investigation was carried out for the characteristic of new damped flexible support with the radial force of less than 10 kN and bearing preloaded force of 980 N~2 205 N By means of experiments and computation,the effects of some factors on the characteristic for the support system were emphasized and those factors include:deformation,stress distribution,limited element model of turn back squirrel cage flexible support;damping characteristic of metal rubber damper;dual rolling bearings and their preloaded force.

摘要: 高压补燃氢氧发动机的液氢 /液氧涡轮泵转子动特性研究需要准确的支承性能参数 ,因此在径向力小于 10kN ,轴承预紧力 980N~ 2 2 0 5N的范围内进行了新型阻尼挠性支承的性能研究。通过试验和计算 ,得到了折返式鼠笼挠性支承的变形特性、应力分布规律及其有限元计算模型、金属橡胶阻尼器的阻尼特性、成对双联轴承以及轴承预紧力等因素对支承系统性能的影响。
