Abstract: The cylindrical milling method of divided area was proposed to improve the quality and efficiency of integrated impeller Based on the principle of inclined offset surface, the calculation and generation of NC cutter location for small divided area of blade were introduced In addition the computer simulation and the path chart of cutter center were given to prove the tool path The result shows that the change of cutter axis vector is distributed very well, and no interference occurs between the cutter and the impeller Further more the efficiency and the quality of machined surface were improved

摘要: 为提高整体叶轮的加工质量和效率 ,提出了分段侧铣的方法。在每一段曲面上 ,基于斜等距曲面的原理 ,推导出叶片分段侧铣加工时刀位轨迹的生成和计算 ;并用计算机仿真和刀心轨迹图对刀位进行了验证。结果表明 ,采用分段侧铣的方法 ,生成的刀位轨迹刀轴矢量变化均匀 ,刀轴未发生干涉 ,且加工效率和加工质量明显得到提高。
