Abstract: A SIMPLE algorithm with domain decomposition was applied to analyze the characteristic of tube and calculate the viscous flow field of the tube and jet domain Five domains were divided in calculation section according to the shape of tube and flow character and the decomposition method was given The result of numerical simulation shows that the flow field can be calculated not only in the tube but also in the jet domain of tube

摘要: 为了研究气动系统中节流管的特性和计算节流管内部及尾部射流区的粘性流场 ,利用SIMPLE算法对两端带有节流口的管路粘性流场进行了数值计算 ,根据管路的几何形状和流动特点 ,对计算区域共划分了 5个区 ,并给出了相应的分区算法和各种边界条件的处理方法 ,通过计算得到节流管内各项参数。计算结果表明这种算法不仅可以计算出管路内部的流场 ,而且可以计算出管路尾部射流区的流场 ,并可以较好地描述通量的守恒性 ,
