吸热型碳氢燃料的结焦研究(Ⅰ)测焦装置及结焦抑制剂

Abstract: A set of impulse micro reactor chromatogram system was established in order to explore endothermic fuel’s coking performance and coking inhibitor’s effect. Coking quantity was measured by on line chromatogram. By using n Heptane as cracking feedstock, we studied four kinds of coking inhibitor in which the thiophene’s effect was found for the first as the best one. With thiophene of mass fraction 1×10 -3 added ,the quantity of coking reduced reached 92%. This system is featured for its simple structure, short reaction period, flexibility in operation, ease in changing parameter as well as reasonable results and good repetition. It is fit to evaluate the characteristic of endothermic fuel,and make a solid basis for the further application.

摘要: 建立了一套脉冲微型反应色谱系统 ,用以研究吸热型碳氢燃料结焦性能和结焦抑制剂效果。以正庚烷为裂解原料 ,在所研究的四种结焦抑制剂中 ,首次发现噻吩效果最好 ,加入质量分数为 1× 10 - 3 的噻吩可以抑制92 %的结焦。该系统具有设备简单、停留时间短、操作方便、参数容易变更的特点 ,所测定的数据合理 ,重复性好 ,适于快速评价结焦抑制剂。
