Abstract: A set of impulse micro-reactor chromatogram system was developed in order to solve the problem of coke formation during endothermic fuel pyrolysis. Using endothermic fuel NJ150 as cracking feedstock, five kinds of coking-inhibitor were been studied: triphenyl phasphine, triphenyl phospite, carbon sulfide, thiophene, potassium acetate, including their functions and mechanisms.On this basis, we mixed triphenyl phasphine with carbon sulfide, triphenyl phospite with carbon sulfide, potassium acetate with carbon sulfide in different rates. It is concluded from the results that among single reagents carbon sulfide has the best effect, compounds, however, show us the supurority: they can contral the amount of coke under 1%.

摘要: 为解决吸热型碳氢燃料裂解结焦的问题 ,在自制的脉冲微型反应色谱系统上以吸热型碳氢燃料NJ15 0为裂解原料 ,研究了三苯基膦 ,亚磷酸三苯酯 ,二硫化碳 ,噻吩 ,乙酸钾五种结焦抑制剂的性能及抑制机理。并在此基础上调配出不同比例的复合剂三苯基膦 +二硫化碳 ,亚磷酸三苯酯 +二硫化碳和乙酸钾 +二硫化碳。实验结果表明 ,单剂中二硫化碳的效果优于其他类型 ,但复合剂更具优势 ,能将结焦量控制在 1%以内。
