Abstract: To overcome the demerits of constant stress accelerated reliability growth test (CSARGT), a number of schemes of step stress accelerated reliability growth test (SSARGT) are proposed, and the likelihood function of these schemes is given.

摘要： 为克服恒定应力加速可靠性增长试验(CSARGT)的缺点,提出单台和多台故障终止及时间终止的四个步进应力加速可靠性增长试验(SSARGT)方案,并给出了这些方案用幂律 线性化模型统计分析时的似然函数。
