Strength criterion based on accumulative damage for double-base propellant and experiment

基于累积损伤的双基推进剂强度准则及实验

Abstract: The strength criterions used for solid rocket propellant grain integrity analysis in China are mostly conventional strength criterions. The solid rocket propellant grain integrity analysis is imprecise because of lack of accurate strength criterion. Herein, strength criterion based on accumulative damage is set up, and parameters of damage equation are calibrated based on tensile tests at several constant rates for double-based propellant check bar. Then check bar damage state under tensile test at other constant rate is predicted used strength criterion set up here, and the predicting results are accordant with experiment result. It shows that the strength criterion based on accumulative suits for solid propellant well.

摘要: 国内在对固体火箭发动机装药结构完整性分析时,强度判断准则基本采用传统的结构强度准则,这些强度准则并不能很好地反映固体推进剂材料的强度破坏过程。该文对双基推进剂试件进行了若干不同拉伸速率下的等速率拉伸破坏试验,结合试验数据获得损伤方程参数,建立了基于累积损伤的结构强度准则。并利用损伤方程预测试件破坏情况,和试验值吻合较好,说明该基于累积损伤的强度准则能够较好地判断双基推进剂材料的破坏。
