膏体推进剂冲压发动机一次燃烧试验

Abstract: To realize stable primary combustion of pasty propellant ramjet at the condition of constant flow and flow regulation, a mode of adaptive burning surface was proposed. The combustion experiments were performed based on the experimental system. The results show that the experimental motor operated well with the stable propellant supply, appropriate starting sequence and occasion of propellant supply and valid means of anti-backfire. The chamber pressure can keep stable and was close to the design value after a process of adjustment. The mode of adaptive burning surface can maintain balance between the propellant supply and burning to realize stable primary combustion by the adaptive adjustment of burning surface.

摘要: 针对额定流量和流量调节条件下膏体冲压发动机一次燃烧组织稳定的要求,提出了一种燃面自适应燃烧组织模式,设计了一次燃烧组织试验系统,进行了一次燃烧组织试验。试验结果表明,推进剂输送稳定,点火时序和推进剂输送时机合理,防回火措施有效,燃烧室压强经过调整后能够稳定在设计值附近。燃面自适应燃烧组织模式可以实现燃面的自适应调节,使推进剂输送和燃烧保持平衡,保证发动机的一次燃烧稳定。 
