涡轮转子多尺寸装配可靠性优化分析

Abstract: In order to optimize and analyze assembly clearance for turbine rotor of aeroengine, the multi-dimension reliability of turbine rotor was analyzed based on structural reliability theory. Multi assembly key points were selected and reliabilities of their dimensions were calculated and analyzed by Monte Carlo method and assembly dimensional chain theory, then the dimension which did not meet design requirement was amended. The results of case analysis show that the method of modifying tolerances can meet design requirement and improve reliability. It demonstrates that this idea is available and feasible.

摘要: 为了对航空发动机涡轮转子装配间隙进行优化分析,利用结构可靠性理论对涡轮转子多尺寸装配可靠性进行分析。选取涡轮转子的多个装配关键点,结合蒙特卡洛和装配尺寸链方法,对这些关键点的尺寸进行可靠性计算分析,并针对未达到设计要求的尺寸进行公差修正。结果显示通过公差修正可以提高装配的可靠度和达到满足设计要求,证明了该优化方法的可行性和有效性。
