Abstract: The affecting factors of the dynamic stability were studied for the turbine pump rotor system of low temperature liquid rocket engine. The dynamic model of nonlinear rotor system was established by using the Finite Element Method. The effects of installation eccentricity was studied on the stability of the rotor system. The change rule of instability speed was obtained along the installation eccentricity. The effects of the equivalent seal clearance, bearing supporting total stiffness and bearing axial position were investigated on the stability of the rotor-seal system under condition of installation eccentricity. The effects of equivalent seal clearance, bearing supporting total stiffness and bearing axial position were analyzed on instability speed. At last, the tests are performed to validate the theortical results. This study supplies a reference for optimum design and fault diagnosis and safe operation of the turbine pump rotor of liquid rocket engine.

摘要: 针对低温液体火箭发动机涡轮泵转子非线性系统开展了动力稳定性研究。采用有限元法建立了涡轮泵转子系统的动力学模型,研究了安装偏心对转子密封系统稳定性的影响,给出了失稳转速随安装偏心的变化规律。研究了存在安装偏心时当量密封间隙、轴承支承总刚度及轴向位置对液体火箭发动机涡轮泵转子系统稳定性的影响,分析了失稳转速随当量密封间隙、轴承支承总刚度及轴向位置的变化规律。最后开展了冷吹试验和热试验研究,验证了本文的理论研究结果。本文的研究为液体火箭发动机涡轮泵转子系统结构设计、故障诊断与安装维护提供理论依据。 
