助爆装置影响两相混气中爆震波触发特性实验

Abstract: The investigation of detonation devices induce detonation was performed in order to optimize the detonation devices in two-phases mixed gas. This paper thesis analyzed the velocity of flame transmission and the changeable process of pressure in the detonation tube which were affected by various detonation devices, such as circular obstacle, spiral obstacle, serrated obstacle, vaporized-detonator and reflector, and the performance of the detonation devices was obtained. The investigation shows that ,firstly, the spiral obstacle has the best performance while the circular obstacle performance is the worst. Secondly, the improvement of fuel evaporation is helpful for inducing detonation no matter what obstacle is used. Thirdly, reflector can improve the velocity of flame transmission and the pressure of detonation wave in a way. 

摘要: 为了优化汽油/空气两相PDE中的助爆装置,通过试验研究了助爆装置对爆震波触发特性的影响,重点分析了在锯齿型扰流器、环型扰流器、螺旋型扰流器、多管蒸发器和半球型激波反射器等助爆装置作用下爆震管内的火焰传播速度及压力变化历程,确定了助爆装置的助爆性能。研究结果表明:锯齿型、环型及螺旋型三种扰流器中螺旋型扰流器的助爆性能最佳,环型扰流器最差;无论哪种扰流器下,改善燃油蒸发均有助于爆震波触发;使用激波反射器对提高火焰传播速度和爆震波压力具有一定作用。 
