倾斜环缝喷孔式连续旋转爆轰发动机试验

Abstract: To prove the theoretical predictions of ignition process and propagation mechanism in the continuous rotating detonation engine(CRDE), the H2/Air continuous rotating detonation engine ignited by tangentially installed H2/O2pre-detonation tube was studied experimentally using the tilt slot injector structure. Three different tilt slots were used, with the sizes of 1.0mm, 1.6mm and 2.0mm, respectively. The experimental results show the tilt slot with the size of 1.6mm is demonstrated the best for continuous rotating detonation engine.The propagation frequency of rotating detonation wave ranges from 5.0kHz to 5.3kHz and rotating velocity ranges from 1460.1m/s to 1547.7m/s. Through the analysis of the propagation mechanism of the rotating detonation wave,it is proved that the detonation wave operation can be grouped into three modes:rotation, reversal and bifurcation.

摘要: 为了验证连续旋转爆轰发动机起爆过程和传播机理的理论研究,采用了1.0mm,1.6mm以及2.0mm三种尺寸的倾斜环缝喷孔结构,以H2/O2切向喷注的预爆轰管进行起爆,进行了H2/Air组合方式的连续旋转爆轰发动机试验研究。试验结果表明,1.6mm环缝获得了最佳的试验结果,爆轰波频率为5.0~5.3kHz,对应的传播速度为1460.1~1547.7m/s。通过对旋转爆轰波传播机理的分析,验证了爆轰波存在三种传播方式:正转、反转和双波头对撞。 
