两种小尺度旋流杯方案的喷雾特性研究

Abstract: The spary characteristics of small scale swirler cups were studied experimentally by a two-dimensional Particle Dynamics Analyzer(PDA). The flow field and spray field were measured for both the case with single-nozzle and the case with three-nozzle operation. The results show that the flow field and spray characteristics of small scale swirler cups are very sensitive to the structure and the confinement effect. Compared to the original swirler cup scheme,the modified scheme can improve the spray characteristics significantly. The spary angle of the improved scheme with confinement is about 10°~15° lager than that without confinement. The confined case can really reflect the actual spray characteristics. The results of the experiment about the flow field and the atomization characteristics for the case of single-nozzle and three-nozzle are essentially consistent. However, in the practical annular combustor,the interaction of the spray between the nozzles should be considered.

摘要: 为了获得小尺度旋流杯及其改进型的喷雾特性,采用PDA (Particle Dynamics Analyze) 测量系统进行了实验研究,测量了单头部和三头部情况下的流场和喷雾场。结果表明:小尺度旋流杯的流场和喷雾性能对结构尺寸的变化非常敏感,相比于原方案,改进方案显著改善了该旋流杯的喷雾特性。尺寸效应对小尺度旋流杯的影响很大,在单头部受限与不受限两种情况下,改进方案的喷雾锥角相差约10°~15°,且受限条件更能反映旋流杯的实际喷雾特性。三头部时旋流杯的流场、雾化特性与单头部基本一致,单头部受限空间实验基本能够反映旋流杯的流场及雾化特性,但在实际环形燃烧室结构中还需要考虑喷雾间的影响。
