单板环形分配器式扩压器性能的进一步研究

Abstract: Total pressure loss,static pressure recovery and flow state of annular distributor type diffuser performance as increasing inlet Mach number are researched. At first using computational fluid dynamics method,the rectangle distributor type diffuser is simulated. The simulation result is compared with experiments. Then the boundary settings are derived,and the annular distributor type diffuser is simulated. The inlet Mach number of combustor increases from 0.290 to 0.420. The results demonstrate that,simulation results coincide with experiments of rectangle distributor type diffuser. The deviation is within ±5%. As the inlet Mach number of combustor increases,the performance of annular distributor type diffuser suffers. When the inlet Mach number is 0.420,there is no separation in the annular distributor type diffuser. The pressure recovery coefficient is 0.870 and the total pressure loss coefficient is 1.346% which means the performance is better than that of dump diffuser.

摘要: 研究了随着燃烧室进口马赫数不断提高时单板环形分配器式扩压器的总压损失、静压恢复和扩压器流态问题。采用计算流体力学(CFD)方法,对矩形分配器式扩压器进行数值模拟,将其结果与矩形分配器式扩压器试验结果对比,得出边界条件设置方法,对单板环形分配器式扩压器进行了数值模拟。燃烧室进口马赫数从0.291增加到0.420。结果表明:矩形分配器式扩压器的数值模拟结果与试验结果较为吻合,误差在±5%之内;随着燃烧室进口马赫数的不断提高,单板环形分配器式扩压器的性能下降。在马赫数高达0.420时,单板环形分配器式扩压器内流动没有分离,静压恢复为0.870,总压损失为1.346%,表明其性能比短突扩扩压器的性能好,在一定程度上能够满足下一代先进燃气轮机燃烧室对扩压器的要求。
