发动机性能退化恢复技术研究

Abstract: Engine performance deterioration recovery control system was designed for performance deterioration during usage. Engine control was realized through that inner loop controls rotor speed and outer loop controls thrust. Thrust estimator was designed as the input of filter output,combined with clustering and Support Vector Regression model. As for slow deterioration of performance parameter,thrust retains,as for sudden deterioration of performance parameter,thrust recovery at most 3.5s. Performance deterioration recovery control system was simulated and validated for engine. The result indicates recovery control technology is effective and feasible.

摘要: 针对发动机使用过程中的性能退化问题,设计了发动机性能退化恢复控制系统。通过内部小循环控制转速,外部大循环控制推力,实现了发动机性能的控制。以卡尔曼滤波器的输出作为输入,结合聚类以及支持向量回归模型,设计了推力估计器。以发动机为对象,对性能退化恢复控制系统进行仿真验证。对于性能参数缓慢衰退的情况,推力不退化;对于性能参数突变的情况,推力最多在3.5s后得到恢复。仿真结果表明该恢复控制技术是有效和可行的。
