燃烧过程中碳烟辐射特性预测方法评述

Abstract: Investigation on radiation properties of soot is very important to correctly estimate the continuum radiation of flame. The classical spectral absorption coefficient model and gray absorption coefficient model based on Rayleigh theory for soot were introduced and analyzed in details. The progress in soot complex index of refraction research and the application of soot absorption coefficient model constants were summarized. At last,the estimation method of radiation properties of soot aggregate was briefly described,too. It shows that the approximation method based on Rayleigh theory is the main method to predict soot radiation properties up to now,but much attention should be paid to the uncertainty and the selection of model constants. Radiation properties estimation method of soot aggregate based on fractal theory is more accurate,but few application can be found in the flame radiation simulation because of its complexity,except the works on the method itself. Therefore,studies on the radiation properties of soot aggregate in flame should be carried out further.

摘要: 碳烟辐射特性研究对正确预测火焰连续辐射非常重要。对基于Rayleigh理论的经典碳烟光谱吸收系数和灰体吸收系数预测模型进行了详细综述与分析,并对与预测模型密切相关的碳烟复折射率研究状况和碳烟吸收系数模型常数的应用情况进行了分析总结,对碳烟聚合物辐射特性的预测方法进行简要概述。分析认为,目前燃烧碳烟辐射特性预测仍以传统的Rayleigh理论近似方法为主,但需注意模型常数的不确定性及选取。基于分形理论的碳烟聚合物辐射特性预测方法更加准确,但由于其自身的复杂性,目前主要以方法研究为主,鲜见用于燃烧过程中火焰辐射的模拟,因此火焰中碳烟聚合物的辐射特性预测仍有待进一步开展研究。
