镁粉含量对HTPB燃料热解及退移速率影响研究 *

Abstract: In order to study the effects of magnesium powder with different mass fractions on the combustion performance of hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene (HTPB) for hybrid rocket, the TG-DSC experiments of the three kinds of HTPB-based fuels composited with 20μm Mg mass fraction of 5%, 10% and 15% were carried out, and the combustion tests were performed in gaseous oxygen flow, 1MPa with the method of high-speed photography. The results showed that at the oxidizer mass flow of 370kg/(m2·s) the regression rates of the three kinds of formulations increased by 75.61%, 142.46% and 173.42% compared with pure HTPB fuel, respectively. The investigation led up to the conclusion that the regression rates were proportional to the mass fraction of Mg particles.

摘要: 为了研究添加不同质量分数的镁粉对端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)混合推进燃料燃烧性能的影响,针对含质量分数为5%,10%和15%的20μm粒径镁粉的三种HTPB配方燃料开展了热重-差热(TG-DSC)分析,并且利用高速摄影法在1MPa下测试了这三种配方燃料在气态氧气流(GOX)中的燃烧性能。研究结果表明:在氧化剂质量密流为370kg/(m2·s)时,相对于纯HTPB燃料,这三种配方燃料燃面的退移速率分别增长了75.61%,142.46%和173.42%。结论显示燃料燃面的退移速率与添加镁粉的质量分数二者之间呈现正比例关系。
