贫油预混预蒸发燃烧室燃烧不稳定性试验研究

Abstract: For studying on combustion instability and pollutant of lean premixed pre-vaporized (LPP) combustor, an internally-stage lean premixed pre-vaporized (LPP) combustion chamber with single dome is studied on the pressure fluctuation along the combustor and NOx emission at cruise, 85% state and 100% state. The factors and change rules of combustion instability and the relationship of NOx and pressure fluctuation are analyzed. The results show that the ratio of fuel, equivalence ratio of the dome, inlet parameters (pressure, temperature, velocity etc.) all effect the combustion instability, and the influence is different. The NOx emissions index and the pressure fluctuation have a positive correlation with the equivalence ratio of the dome, and the two have certain of synergistic variety.

摘要: 为研究贫油预混预蒸发燃烧室燃烧不稳定性及其与污染排放之间的相互影响关系,针对一种中心分级的贫油预混预蒸发圆形单头部燃烧室为研究对象,在巡航状态、85%工况和100%工况(模拟)开展了圆形单头部燃烧室沿程压力脉动和燃烧性能的测量,分析研究了燃烧不稳定性的变化规律和影响因素以及与NOx排放的相互关系。试验结果表明,燃油分配比例、头部当量比、燃烧室进口参数(压力、温度、速度等)都对燃烧不稳定性有影响,且影响程度不同;燃烧室压力脉动和NOx排放指数均与火焰筒头部当量比呈正相关关系,两者在一定程度上协同变化。
