基于台架“诱喘”试验的涡轴发动机稳定性与性能劣化研究

Abstract: In order to evaluate the aerodynamic stability of a turbo-shaft engine, using the bench ‘induce-surge’ testing method, the total pressure distortion flow field of the engine inlet was produced through flat distortion generator, and the comprehensive distortion index of a turbo-shaft engine was calculated. The test showed that by applying the advanced design of the compressor rotor, the critical comprehensive distortion index increased significantly at medium and high speed. Moreover, the increase was from 5.01% to 33.74% with the rising of the speed. In the acceleration process, the critical distortion index has increased by 68.32% compared with the prototype. In addition, the health conditions of engine under the inlet distortion was evaluated by analyzing the performance-worse of the engine at different flat heights.

摘要: 为评价涡轴发动机的气动稳定性,采用台架“诱喘”试验的方法,通过插板式畸变发生器制造发动机进口的总压畸变流场,对涡轴发动机的综合畸变指数进行了试验测算。试验表明:对压气机转子进行先进性设计改造,在中高转速工况下,其临界综合畸变指数显著增大,随转速提高,增幅由5.01%上升至33.74%。在加速工作过程中,临界畸变指数较原型机增幅达到68.32%。另外,通过分析不同插板高度下发动机各状态的性能劣化趋势,评估了发动机在进气畸变条件下的健康状态。
