煤液化油在雾化过程中的流量特性研究

Abstract: In order to study the atomization performance of coal liquefied oil in the aero-engine,the pressure-swirl atomizer was employed to test the mass flow rate,spray cone angle and radial fuel distribution at different fuel injection pressure and the results were compared with results from RP-3 jet fuel. The experimental results show that the mass flow rate of coal liquefied oil is 4.24% higher than that of RP-3 jet fuel as the fuel injection pressure within 1.8MPa. When the fuel injection pressure is more than 1.8MPa,the mass flow rates of two fuels are close to each other. The spray cone angle of coal liquefied oil increases with increasing the fuel injection pressure up to around 0.8MPa and above it keeps the value about 99°. The spray cone angle of coal liquefied oil is 4° lower than that of RP-3 jet fuel under the same fuel injection pressure. The radial fuel distribution of coal liquefied oil and RP-3 jet fuel are similar,and the heterogeneous degree of distribution is within 10%.

摘要: 为了考察煤液化油在航空发动机上的雾化特性,利用离心式喷嘴测量了不同燃油压差下煤液化油的质量流量、雾化角和径向流量分布并与RP-3喷气燃料进行了对比。实验结果表明:在燃油压差低于1.8MPa时,煤液化油的质量流量比RP-3喷气燃料平均高出4.24%,继续增大燃油压差,两种燃料的质量流量不断接近。煤液化油的雾化角随着燃油压差的增大有小幅增加,当压差超过0.8MPa后雾化角基本保持在99°左右。在相同的燃油压差下,煤液化油的雾化角比RP-3喷气燃料小4°左右。煤液化油和RP-3喷气燃料的径向流量分布特征基本相同,分布不均度都小于10%。
