Abstract: In order to solve the problem of modern aero-engine casing installation edge seal design and leakage assessment,the effects of different installation edge structural parameters and casing load on the sealing characteristics of casing installation edge were studied. Based on the annular plate theory, the relationship between the deformation of the casing installation edge and load such as axial force and internal gas pressure is deduced and established. According to this relationship, the influence law of casing installation edge thickness, height and bolt preload on the sealing performance of the installation edge is studied. It is concluded that the relative error of the axial displacement of the installation edge root between the theoretical solution and the finite element calculation is -2.71%, and the relative error of the opening distance between the theoretical solution and the finite element calculation is -1.21%,which has a good engineering accuracy and provides an effective method for the analysis of sealing characteristics and leakage evaluation of the installation edge of the aeroengine casing.

摘要: 针对现代航空发动机机匣安装边密封设计与泄漏评估问题,本文开展了不同安装边结构参数及机匣所受载荷对安装边密封特性影响的研究。根据环形板理论,推导并建立了轴向力、内部气体压力等载荷与安装边形变的关系,据此研究了安装边厚度、高度及螺栓预紧力等对安装边密封性能的影响规律。本文得出安装边根部轴向位移理论解与有限元计算结果相对误差为-2.71%,分离距离与有限元计算结果相对误差为-1.21%,具有很好的工程精度,为航空发动机机匣安装边密封特性分析与泄漏评估提供了一种有效方法。
