压气机放气对核心机起动性能的影响研究

Abstract: In order to study the effects of compressor bleed on core engine starting performance, the effects of bleeding air on low speed performance of compressor were analyzed based on the special test results of a ten-stage axial high pressure compressor. Then effects of bleed rate and bleed position on core engine performance were investigated by using core engine analyzing code of a large bypass ratio turbofan engine. Test results of a core engine with three different bleed schedules are presented and analyzed. Results indicate that, the flow matching between the front and rear stages of compressor can be optimized by reasonable bleeding scheme. Bleed is beneficial to reduce the compressor working line in core engines, therefore, improve the core engine starting performance.

摘要: 为了研究压气机放气对核心机起动性能的影响,利用十级轴流高压压气机的放气专项试验结果分析了放气对压气机中低转速性能的影响,基于大涵道比涡扇发动机的核心机性能模型,分析了放气量和放气位置对核心机性能的影响,最后开展了三种不同放气规律的核心机起动试验。结果表明:合理地设置放气方案,可以优化压气机前后级流动匹配,有效降低核心机试验中压气机的共同工作线,改善核心机的起动性能。
