少铝硝胺推进剂燃速调节研究

摘要: 研究了多种添加剂对少铝RDX/HTPB推进剂燃速的影响,结果表明硼氢化合物、活性碳、碳氢化合物以及铁的化合物等均对燃速催化不明显,但Cat.3却能大幅度提高少铝RDX/HTPB推进剂的燃速,7.0MPa下燃速提高幅度近40%。

Abstract: The effects of additives on the burning rates of RDX/HTPB propellants with smallamount of aluminium are investigated in this paper. The results show that some compounds, such asborohydride, active carbon, hydrocarbon and molysite, to have no obvious effects on increasing burningrates, but Cat. 3 can result in a great increase in the burning rate. The burning rate of nitraminepropellant containing Cat. 3 can increase nearly 40% at 7. 0MPa pressure.
