燃气轮机健康状态组合法综合评价

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the choice of single evaluation method in the process of combination assessment of gas turbine engine state was not clear and the combination evaluation results were inconsistent, a method of repeated combination of comprehensive evaluation results with before-and-after test was put forward. Twelve evaluation indexes representing performance degradation and vibration state are selected to evaluate the overall health state. On the basis of eight single evaluation methods, five combined evaluation methods such as traditional Borda method, comprehensive Borda method, Copeland method, fuzzy Borda method and Dodgson method are used to carry out multi-index comprehensive evaluation on the health state of gas turbine. The single evaluation methods in combination must pass the Kendall consistency coefficient test and Spearman rank correlation coefficient test together. If the sorts of combination evaluation results were inconsistent, strip the combination result not related with the original single evaluation results by Spearman rank correlation coefficient test, and then combine the rest of the combination results repeatedly until consistent comprehensive evaluation results were obtained. Example analyses show that the results of proposed combination assessment method accord with practical experience.

摘要: 针对燃气轮机状态评估过程中参与组合的单一评估方法选择不明确和组合评价结果不一致的问题,提出一种事前事后检验和重复组合的综合评价方法。选取表征性能退化和振动状态的12个评价指标来评估整体的健康状态,在8种单一评价方法的基础上,用传统Borda法、综合Borda法、Copeland法、模糊Borda法和Dodgson法等5种组合评价方法对燃气轮机健康状态进行了多指标综合评价。在组合步骤中,参与组合的单一评估方法要通过Kendall协同系数检验和Spearman等级相关系数检验,组合后如果评价结果排序不一致,通过Spearman等级相关系数检验剔除与原单一评价不相关的组合方法后,其余组合结果再重复组合,以得到排序一致的综合评价结果。实例分析表明,组合法综合评价结果符合实际经验。
