提高HTPB推进剂贮存寿命技术途径

Abstract: According to the relationship between strain retention value of HTPB propellant and storage time, the effects of the constant, decomposition fraction, low temperature decomposition reaction rate constant of AP and the oxidation reaction rate constant of HTPB on the storage life of propellants were investigated. The results indicate that the effect of AP content on the storage life is not so obvious. Methods that can decrease the low temperature decomposition fraction and decomposition reaction rate constant of AP and the oxidation reaction rate constant of HTPB can increase the storage life of HTPB propellants.

摘要: 以HTPB推进剂应变保留值与贮存时间之间的理论关系为依据 ,研究了氧化剂AP的含量、分解分数、低温分解反应速率常数及HTPB粘合剂体系的氧化反应速率常数对HTPB推进剂贮存寿命的影响。结果表明 ,氧化剂AP的含量变化对HTPB贮存寿命的影响不大 ;降低氧化剂AP低温下的最大分解分数和低温分解反应速率常数以及HTPB粘合剂体系氧化反应速率常数均能显著地提高HTPB推进剂的贮存寿命。
