电弧加热流场品质优化初步研究

Abstract: ThearcheatercanprovidehightemperatureandpressuretestflowfieldforMa>10continuouswindtunnel.Thequalityofflowfieldwouldbeoptimizedifarcheaterbeusedintheaerodynamicforcetest.Thedistributionandstabilityoftestparametersatnozzleexithavebeenimprovedbymodifyingarcheaterstructure,addingcoolandhotairmixingchamberandstabilizationsection.Meanwhile,thevortexandvibrationofgashavebeenweakened,whichincreasestestrepeatability.ThepreliminarycalibrationandaerodynamicforcetestofflowindicatethatdeviationsofthePitotpressureandtotaltemperatureinflowcorearelessthan2%ofaver.agevalues.Themeasuredforceisapproachedwiththatofconventionalhypersonicwindtunnel.

摘要: 电弧加热器可以提供马赫数10以上连续式风洞运行总温、总压的参数要求,将其用于气动力试验风洞加热器,需要对其流场品质进行优化。通过改进电弧加热器的结构和配置冷气混合室及稳定段,改善了喷管出口参数在空间分布的均匀性和时间上的稳定性,并减缓了流场气流的旋转和脉动,提高了试验参数的重复性。经初步流场测试及天平测力可行性研究表明:流场核心区的总温及皮托压力偏差小于平均值的2%,试验测力数据与常规高超声速风洞接近。
