基于数据集中器的超燃冲压发动机分布式控制系统通信方案设计

Abstract: Reaserch on the communication scheme design of distributed engine control system for scramjet engine was conducted in order to satisify the control requirement of scramjet engine. Firstly,research on measurement parameters was conducted through investigation on the component charateristic and control requirment of scramjet engine. Then partially distributed engine control system based on Data Concentrators was designed and the key technologies were illustrated including the system architecture,bus selection and communication scheme. In the partly distributed engine control system,Full Authority Digital Electronic Controller (FADEC) is used to realize the functions of control,redundancy switching management and data interaction with the flight system,while the functions of signals processing and faults detection belonging to FADEC are decentralized to the Data Concentrators. Finally,Simulation under MATLAB conditions utilizing TrueTime toolbox was performed in order to verify the communication scheme design. The results indicate that the bandwidth of the communication scheme is 41.14% under 250 kbit/s transmission speed and the schedule of nodes does not conflict mutually with a transmission delay less than 16.1ms.

摘要: 为满足超燃冲压发动机的控制需求,开展超燃冲压发动机分布式控制系统通信方案设计研究。通过研究超燃冲压发动机的部件特性和控制需求,给出了超燃冲压发动机控制系统所需要测量的参数。设计基于数据集中器的部分分布式控制系统并对控制系统结构、总线选择、通信方案设计等关键技术进行阐述。在部分分布式控制系统中,全权限数字电子控制器(FADEC)实现控制及冗余切换管理功能并与飞机系统进行数据交互,FADEC原有的信号处理功能及故障检测功能被分散到数据集中器一级。在MATLAB环境下利用TrueTime仿真工具箱搭建分布式控制仿真系统对通信方案进行验证。仿真结果表明该通信方案在250kbit/s传输速率下的带宽利用率为41.14%,各节点消息传输没有冲突且传输时延不超过16.1ms。
